CNU Alumni Connections

Have you heard the news? We announced the winner of the HHR on Saturday during halftime. Scott Millar is the proud new owner! With over $15,000 going to scholarships, I would have to say the raffle was a HUGE success! Without the help of dedicated volunteers we never could have done it. Priscilla Bele took the lead as chair and was aided by 30 volunteer ticket sellers. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not thank Mike Martin for his donation…what a great way to help us raise money! Anyone have suggestions for next year? We are thinking of making the car raffle an annual event. Maybe YOU could be our next winner! What kind of car will we have next?

We are thinking of awarding the top raffle ticket sales winner with some kind of prize. What type of incentive would motivate you? I am thinking of kind of trip or gift certificate would work but not sure exactly what. The tickets are selling well at this point but a little incentive offer could certainly boost sales! If you do not already have a book of tickets, let me know and one can be delivered/mailed to you today!
